New energy for the next steps

Over the past two years, the ebs group has developed from a regional technology company into an international group with around 100 employees at four locations. In this phase, the Management Board is setting new priorities.

Scaling as the next step

Our three business divisions ENG (Engineering), BES (Battery & Electronics Systems) and ESS (Energy & Service Systems) are about to enter the next phase of scaling. With a clear strategic focus, a strong technological basis and a growing market position, we are resolutely continuing on our path.

Thanks to Christopher Schöpf

After more than six years, Christopher Schöpf has left the e.bs Group's Management Board by mutual agreement and will pursue a new career path.

Christopher played a key role in shaping the development of our company, particularly during the start-up phase, and provided important impetus for our early growth. We would like to expressly thank him for this.

We wish Christopher all the best for his professional future.

The Executive Board of the ebs group

Operational and strategic management will be seamlessly continued by the existing Management Board:

- Michael Leitner - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

- Günter Hagspiel - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

- Alexander Müller - Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

- Bernd Sager - Chief Sales Officer Engineering (CSO Engineering)

The focus is on scaling the ENG, BES and ESS divisions and implementing our long-term growth strategy.
