Project Manager & Product Manager

We're looking for you as a

Project Manager & Product Manager (m/f/d)

These are your challenges:

• Holistic responsibility and management of development projects from initiation to completion
• Management of interdisciplinary project teams
• Ensuring efficient collaboration and optimal performance
• Central contact person in the projects / for the products for all internal and external stakeholders
• Support and intensification of contact with existing customers
• Presentation of the product range to customers
• Anticipatory de-escalation and conflict resolution
• Carrying out risk assessments and claim management
• Proof of process conformity through regular project quality audits
• Reporting on project progress and KPIs to relevant stakeholders
• Promoting the continuous improvement of processes, methods and tools
• Supporting marketing and sales in customer and project acquisition to continuously acquire new customers and expand the customer network

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, information technology, engineering or a comparable course of study
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the management of development projects or in product management
• Solid experience in classic and agile project management
• Commercial understanding
• Quick comprehension, good powers of abstraction and the ability to structure complex projects with many participants
• Diplomatic flair and skill in communicating with all internal and external stakeholders
• High degree of personal responsibility and loyalty
• Very good German and good English skills
• Confident handling of office and project management tools as well as ERP systems
• (desirable) Project management certification according to PMI®/PMP, IPMA® Level-C or comparable
• (Preferred) technical knowledge of Li-ion batteries or battery management systems
