Project Manager & Product Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Bremen

Holistic responsibility and management of development projects from initiation to completion
Management of interdisciplinary project teams
Ensuring efficient collaboration and optimal performance
Central contact person in the projects / for the products for all internal and external stakeholders
Support and intensification of contact with existing customers
Presentation of the product range to customers
Anticipatory de-escalation and conflict resolution
Carrying out risk assessments and claim management
Proof of process conformity through regular project quality audits
Reporting on project progress and KPIs to relevant stakeholders
Promoting the continuous improvement of processes, methods and tools
Supporting marketing and sales in customer and project acquisition to continuously acquire new customers and expand the customer network

Completed studies in electrical engineering, information technology, engineering or a comparable course of study
At least 5 years of professional experience in the management of development projects or in product management
Solid experience in classic and agile project management
Commercial understanding
Quick comprehension, good powers of abstraction and the ability to structure complex projects with many participants
Diplomatic flair and skill in communicating with all internal and external stakeholders
High degree of personal responsibility and loyalty
Very good German and good English skills
Confident handling of office and project management tools as well as ERP systems
(desirable) Project management certification according to PMI®/PMP, IPMA® Level-C or comparable
(Preferred) technical knowledge of Li-ion batteries or battery management systems
