Project Manager & Product Manager (m/f/d)
These are your challenges:
- Holistic responsibility and management of development projects from initiation to completion
- Management of interdisciplinary project teams
- Ensuring efficient collaboration and optimal performance
- Central contact person in the projects / for the products for all internal and external stakeholders
- Support and intensification of contact with existing customers
- Presentation of the product range to customers
- Anticipatory de-escalation and conflict resolution
- Carrying out risk assessments and claim management
- Proof of process conformity through regular project quality audits
- Reporting on project progress and KPIs to relevant stakeholders
- Promoting the continuous improvement of processes, methods and tools
- Supporting marketing and sales in customer and project acquisition to continuously acquire new customers and expand the customer network
What you bring with you:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, information technology, engineering or a comparable course of study
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the management of development projects or in product management
- Solid experience in classic and agile project management
- Commercial understanding
- Quick comprehension, good powers of abstraction and the ability to structure complex projects with many participants
- Diplomatic flair and skill in communicating with all internal and external stakeholders
- High degree of personal responsibility and loyalty
- Very good German and good English skills
- Confident handling of office and project management tools as well as ERP systems
- (desirable) Project management certification according to PMI®/PMP, IPMA® Level-C or comparable
- (Preferred) technical knowledge of Li-ion batteries or battery management systems
