At the ebs group, we are developing the energy solutions of the future – and for this we need strong IT behind us. As an IT all-rounder & AI enthusiast, you are the first point of contact for our teams, drive digitalization and bring AI solutions from concept to practice.

Location: 6850 Dornbirn, Austria

• AI projects from A to Z: You will be actively involved in IT and digitalization projects, especially in the field of AI solutions – from the initial idea to the concept phase and implementation.
• Vibe Coding & LLMs: You get involved in AI-based software projects and want to experiment with large language models and modern development approaches.
• Sharing knowledge: You train our users and make complex technology understandable.
• Network & infrastructure: Together with our external partners, you look after our network and firewall infrastructure and ensure stable operation.
• Communication & Collaboration: Microsoft Teams and mobile devices are your territory – you ensure that our communication infrastructure runs smoothly.
• Hardware and software under control: From procurement and license management to lifecycle management – you keep track of everything.
• Onboarding with a wow effect: You provide new team members with technical support and ensure that they can hit the ground running from day one.
• Support with vision: You will process IT helpdesk requests independently via our ticket system – quickly, solution-oriented and always with the aim of creating sustainable solutions instead of just treating symptoms.
• End user support on all platforms: Whether Windows, macOS or Linux, whether hardware or software problems – you will find the solution and help our colleagues stay productive.
• Documentation that makes the difference: You create comprehensible instructions and process documentation so that recurring problems do not arise in the first place.

What you bring with you:

• IT training: Completed apprenticeship, technical college, technical college, university degree – or you have made yourself an IT professional as a career changer.
• Microsoft 365: Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Intune are no foreign words for you.
• Network know-how: Solid knowledge of networks and firewalls is a matter of course for you.
• Security First: You have a high affinity for IT security and think security into everything you do.
• Personal responsibility & organizational talent: You work independently, coordinate confidently and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
• Fluent in languages: Very good written and spoken German and English.
• AI enthusiasm: You are passionate about AI solutions, large language models and vibe coding – and want to drive these topics forward in practice.
