(Senior) Project Manager, Privacy Officer (m/f/d)

These are your challenges:

• Holistic responsibility and management of development projects from initiation to completion
• Management of interdisciplinary project teams
• Ensuring efficient collaboration and optimal performance
• Central point of contact in the projects for all internal and external stakeholders
• Anticipatory de-escalation and conflict resolution
• Carrying out risk assessments and claim management
• Proof of process conformity through regular project quality audits
• Reporting on project progress and KPIs to relevant stakeholders
• Negotiating with suppliers, partners and customers
• Promoting the continuous improvement of processes, methods and tools
• Supporting marketing and sales in customer and project acquisition
• Planning, approval, implementation and monitoring of all measures to protect classified information (classified information) in the case of classified assignments
• Organizing and ensuring personnel and material security within the company and implementing the necessary measures to avert and prevent damage
• Carrying out and documenting safety checks, instructions and maintaining the relevant directories and safety files
• Regular and direct reporting to the management and fulfillment of reporting and information obligations to the federal ministries
• Creation and implementation of confidentiality instructions, guidelines and IT security specifications, including quality assurance and coordination with the BMWK

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, information technology, engineering or a comparable course of study
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the management of development projects in the defense sector
• Solid experience in classic and agile project management
• Professional experience in the area of responsibility as security officer, security officer, data protection officer, or comparable
• Quick comprehension, good powers of abstraction and the ability to structure complex projects with many participants
• Diplomatic flair and skill in communicating with all internal and external stakeholders
• High degree of personal responsibility and loyalty
• Very good German and good English skills
• Confident handling of Office & project management tools
• Project management certification according to PMI®/PMP, IPMA® Level-C or comparable
