Supply Chain Specialist – Procurement & Logistics – Niš Location (m/f/d)

These are your challenges:

ebs electronics d.o.o. is the ebs group’s newly established company in Niš, Serbia. As part of our international group, we are building up our local supply chain organization – and this is where you come in.

In this versatile role, you connect procurement, logistics, customs and finance. You are the central hub between suppliers, freight forwarders, production, accounting and sales – with plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to actively shape processes at our growing Niš site.

What you’ll be working on

You manage the full purchase order cycle in our ERP system – from quotations and orders to deliveries, including framework agreements and delivery date tracking.
You coordinate procurement for our series production, plan batches, convert customer call-offs into orders and align delivery schedules with our partners.
You organize international shipments and prepare the required shipping and customs documentation for cross-border trade between Serbia and the EU.
You select freight forwarders, negotiate conditions and keep transport costs under control.
You ensure accurate data by monitoring goods movements in the ERP system, verifying incoming invoices and assigning costs to the appropriate projects.
You handle complaints and returns together with our quality management team – from root cause analysis through to resolution.
You support our sales team with procurement figures and project status information.
You help shape and improve our supply chain processes. At a new site, you don’t just follow established procedures – you actively contribute to creating them.

What you bring with you:

Experience in procurement, order processing, logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
A strong understanding of accurate data, reliable processes and clean ERP bookings.
Working knowledge of export and customs procedures is a plus – or you are motivated to quickly build up your expertise in this area.
Strong negotiation skills and the persistence to follow up on topics until they are resolved.
Confident use of MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Good written and spoken English and/or German.
A structured, hands-on and solution-oriented way of working.
You enjoy connecting the dots across different functions and taking ownership of your responsibilities.
